About Me

Hi!  I am the owner of Excel Fitness & Lifestyle Consultants. I have been involved in health and fitness since I was a child. At the age 13, I began attending aerobics classes with my Mother, which ignited my interest in exercise. Over the last 25 years, I have developed a love and passion for fitness and health, which I live and breathe every day. It is my lifestyle to eat well (with some treats and the occasional "Snaccident", of course!) exercise regularly, and balance out other important things in my life, such as family, friends, work and play.  ​

In 2016, my Hubby and I were blessed with a sweet little girl, named Ella.  Becoming

a mother has brought a whole new meaning of purpose to my life. My mission is to raise Ella in a healthy and loving environment so that she can grow up with a healthy mindset in all aspects of her life.  I am grateful to have the best of both worlds - working with my clients and spending quality time with my family.

As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
